Etac AB has acquired 100% of the shares in the company Immedia A/S, Denmark from the date November 1st 2008.

Immedia AS develops and produces high quality products and solutions in manual patient transfer in the Health Care sector.

Immedia A/S will be named Etac Immedia A/S and will in 2009 generate a turnover on € 3 million for the Etac Group. The company will be situated in Gedved, Denmark and will operate from here in cooperation with the other Etac companies.
